Calling us
Calling us
How do I reach you?
Call or WhatsApp (754) 209-4747, or send the form on the contact page. We respond right away, in English or Spanish.
What should I tell you when I call?
What the system is doing (warm air, water, noise, a unit that will not start), roughly how old it is, where the indoor and outdoor units are, and whether it is a home or a business. A photo of the outdoor unit and the thermostat helps too.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. We also take emergency calls on weekday evenings until 10:00 PM, Saturdays until 8:00 PM and Sundays until 6:00 PM.
Do you speak Spanish?
Sí. We work in English and Spanish, on the phone, on WhatsApp and at the property.
Which areas do you cover?
105 cities and communities in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, from Miami to West Palm Beach. See all service areas.
Can I come to your office?
There is no walk-in service at our Hollywood address. We come to your home or business.

What happens when you arrive?
We test before we touch anything: readings at the outdoor and indoor units, the electrical parts, the drain line, the filter and the coil, and the ducts when airflow is the problem. Then we explain what we found before any work starts.
Will you tell me the cost before you start?
Yes. We explain what we found and what the work involves, and you get straight answers on price before anything is done. You decide.
Should I turn the system off before you come?
If there is water on the floor, ice on the lines, or the breaker keeps tripping, switch the system off at the thermostat and leave the breaker alone. Running a frozen or leaking system tends to make things worse.
Do I need to be home?
For indoor work someone has to let us in. For a business, tell us who will meet us and where the equipment is (roof, closet, mechanical room).

Why is my AC running but blowing warm air?
The usual suspects are a failed capacitor or contactor at the outdoor unit, a dirty coil, a refrigerant leak, or a thermostat setting. We test each one; guessing tends to replace parts that were fine.
Why is there ice on my refrigerant lines?
Ice usually means too little airflow across the indoor coil (a clogged filter, a dirty coil, a blower problem) or low refrigerant. Turn the system off so it can thaw and call us; running it frozen strains the compressor.
Why is there water near my indoor unit?
Most often the condensate drain line is clogged and the pan is overflowing. Humid months make it worse. We clear the line, check the pan and the float switch, and look at why it clogged.
Repair or replace: how do I decide?
Age, how many parts are failing, how well the system keeps up, and the condition of the ducts. We explain the options; when replacement makes sense we size the new system with a load calculation, and financing is available.
How often should my AC get a tune-up?
At least once a year, ideally before the hottest months. In South Florida the system runs most of the year, so coils, drain lines and electrical parts wear faster than in cooler places.
Ducts and indoor air

How do I know if my ducts are the problem?
One room much hotter than the rest, weak air from some vents, dust that comes back quickly, or a system that runs and runs. We test airflow and static pressure to find where air is being lost.
Does duct cleaning help?
When there is real dust or debris inside the ducts, yes. Many airflow complaints are leaks or crushed ducts instead, so we check before recommending cleaning.
My house feels damp and smells musty. What can be done?
We check the drain line, the coil, the filter and whether the system runs long enough to pull moisture out. A whole-home dehumidifier is an option when the AC alone cannot keep up.

Do you work on heat pumps and heat strips?
Yes — repair, installation and maintenance. Most South Florida homes heat with electricity, through a heat pump or heat strips in the air handler.
Do you work on businesses?
Yes. Rooftop units, commercial split systems, air quality in offices and restaurants, and walk-in coolers for restaurants, shops, offices and warehouses.
Which brands do you work on?
All the AC and heating brands sold in the U.S. We are not tied to one manufacturer.
Financing
